This mod is now significantly more future-proof and will be compatible with other string replacement mods as long as they don't touch any of the 62 entries containing "WooHoo" Replacements include "Make Love", "Made Love", "Lovemaking", "Have Sex", "Had Sex", "Having Sex", "Sexting" and of course, "Sex".
I have taken care in ensuring the replacements are grammatically and syntactically correct. I have replaced all 62 strings inside the en_us strings table for "WooHoo" with either "Have Sex" (and it's variants) or "Make Love" (and it's variants). We don't need to go into specifics, that's what imagination (and adult mods) are for!
But given that everything in the meta-game/user interface is presented in our native languages, it does not make sense that sex is referred to as "WooHoo" on our end!ĮA probably just wanted to keep the uptight critics off their case, understandably I guess.This game is already incredibly sexually suggestive, calling it what it is shouldn't invite any scrutiny.The fact remains that Sims engage in sexual intercourse with each other. I do! Our Sims have a different word for sex (although I've never actually heard a sim say "WooHoo"). Tl dr - This mod changes The Sims 4 UI so that all instances of "WooHoo" are replaced with "Make Love" in one version, "Have Sex" in the other version. I added tags and interactions so, it should work just like the others and only requires the base game.- This mod has been updated for the 1.0.797.20 patch, although future updates to this mod will (hopefully) not be necessary, due to using a new method of string replacement packages. So, I've put the textures of The Anything Goes Party Bush and The Duty Calls Modern Citizen Bush from Get Together, and the Open Air Natural Toilet from Jungle Adventure minus the hearts and flowers to swatches on another bush with the same mesh from debug (that appears in Cats & Dogs' Brindleton Bay but is tagged as base game) and also added a swatch of that bush without the paw print flowers (totaling five swatches, four of them just plain green leaves). Wish you had a bush that you could woohoo or pee in without big ugly hearts on it?
